A Guide to Your Goals
Born and raised in Southern California and now after 22 years a South Florida native. I traded the mountains for the cumulus cotton like clouds while keeping the sunshine. I am a lover of poetry, the arts and everything that creates joy. I studied literature at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and received my B.A. degree on a full tennis scholarship. I became an All-American Doubles player and won the Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship Award. I have always been passionate about self-development and ways to help others. I became a USPTA professional after graduating college, teaching tennis in elementary, middle school, high school, college and country club settings before I discovered the field of psychology. My experience working with players and teams of all ages, skill sets, and diverse cultures, helped prime me for a natural transition to executive coaching and psychotherapy.
I graduated from University of Miami's Executive Professional Coaching program and achieved ICF PCC certification. I studied hypnosis at the Florida Hypnosis Institute and have taken workshops with Dr. Jeffrey Zeig at the Cape Cod Institute. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University receiving a master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy with a specialty in Solution Focused Coaching.
I enjoy the collaborative process of coaching and therapy where creative solutions are generated together. I believe each of us has a unique gift that must be shared with the world. It is my mission to help others expand their sense of self, compassion, creativity and consciousness, so they can thrive in relationships, work and health. We are all connected and must take responsibility to fulfill our potential to create a win-win for all of humanity.
I look forward to supporting your positive changes that empower you to make a difference in this world.
