1. Exhale to Ground (0.5 seconds)

A sharp breath out. Mouth or nose. Doesn’t matter. Just release. Fast.

It tells your body: “We’re safe. You can stay.”


2. Snap the Lie + Say: “Own it now.” (1 second)

Snap your fingers. A crisp, auditory break in the pattern. Then say it—firm, clear, grounded:

“Own it now.”

Catch the internal lie before it takes root:

“I’m not good enough.” “I’ll get it wrong.” “They’ll laugh.” “Who do I think I am?”

You don’t need to wrestle it. You just need to intercept it—with sound and choice.

Why it works: Auditory disruption snaps the default mode network. The phrase interrupts the inner critic's monologue and returns ownership to you.


3. Cue Your Power with Gesture + Phrase (0.5 seconds)

Match your state. Let your body finish the work your brain started.
